Booking.com messed up our reservation and had us coming in the day before, so, we lost our room! But the girl that checked us in fixed it right away, but we couldn’t get the room type we had originally selected months ago
USThe lady checking us in (Cheryl, I think is her name) was so amazing. 1st she let us check in early and then I was having an issue with my debit card. She was so patient with me. It wss close to Cedar Point and was a good price.
When getting to pur room, we did not have any pillows. The pillows were flat and we had to ask for more to make pne decent pillow. Then later in the evening we realized we only had small towels, the floor bath towels and hand towels. The "pool" was more like a large bathtub and barely room to swim.

First room was no wifi, then we were moved to a second room which was not made up we then were moved to to our third room which was supposed to be a queen beds, it was not it was two full beds which were very uncomfortable which led to a poor nights sleep. The manager refunded half our total so that was that.
USModern amenities, space was more than expected.
