Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre

Location - amazing. Front desk - brilliant. Housekeeping - outstanding. The defining reason we return is frequent upgrades through loyalty program membership. Our 3rd consecutive year staying here, so we must be happy.

Breakfast is the only let down at this hotel. Unsatisfactory, especially compared to the Pan Pacific in Vancouver and London. Not sure why it can't be improved, I'm sure there's a reason because everything else is really well run.

We enjoyed the incredible location that is a short walk from the Whistler Gondola, right in the heart of the village. Buses to and from Vancouver drop off in a convenient location close to the hotel as well. Access to ski lockers at the Mountainside hotel was a nice touch. Having breakfast included in our room rate was very much appreciated. Pool, spa, hot tubs and sauna were all great. Customer service is good. Our room was a 1 bedroom suite overlooking the mountains - high floor. Perfect room for our family of four with nice furnishings and a well stocked kitchen.

We left before breakfast on our last day to catch an early bus and were not allowed to access a self service coffee machine. The breakfast staff weren’t very friendly in that interaction.

Amazing family visit. Accommodations were clean and perfect for our needs, with a lovely view. Breakfast was sufficient and consistent, and the complimentary cookies and hot chocolate in the afternoons were a hit with the family. We used the laundry multiple times as well. The shuttle service is convenient (it is an SUV, and you have to sign up for it in the lobby based on the time you will need it.) Every staff member we came in contact with was courteous and acted as if it was truly their privilege to serve us! Couldn’t have asked for a better visit. We will return.

Being charged $32 a day for parking. The breakfast selection was poor, only scrambled eggs, poor quality sausages, no berries for granola/ yoghurt, no chef in attendance, no pastries on one morning of our stay and restaurant space could be better managed

The location, the rooms were comfortable and the staff were very professional and helpful.
