The bed was hard as a sack of bricks and the pillow was so thin I had to fold it three times just to get any level of comfort.. personally I hope to not go back to that hotel in Detroit ever again

No tv remotes in the room ans u couldn't change it past one channel by the tv, i feel its over priced to be a motel no accommodations whay so ever

The man that checked us in was very kind. However the tv doesn’t work, and the jacuzzi tub that we paid extra for doesn’t work. We were told by the manager to ask for a refund/discount for the amenities not working.

I loved the first time I stayed there the room was amazing… but this time we checked in later and in the room discovered dog poop under bed , which says no animals aloud and a bed bug was crawling on the sheet when leaving , burn holes on the sheets no smoking allowed in the room , no hot water for the hot tub had to let cold water 15 minutes !!!

For the price you can’t beat this hotel!

The staff are rude( the owner in particular), there was hair everywhere, it was noisy all night and the TV did not work!

Traveling as a single woman it’s important to feel safe! I was not sure of this location when I pulled up even though it looked nice and the service was great! But I was pleasantly surprised no issues at all. What’s the old saying looks are deceiving. The bed was not comfortables but the room had a nice deep tub so I could soak the stiffness from the hard bed away. I did have trouble with the lock on front door getting open, but the person from the front desk came out to assist me so they MUST have cameras set up at the rooms cause I was not even close for them to have seen me having issues! Was not a bad place at all for the price.

No hair dryer.
