Had roaches and barely any hot water towels look like wash cloths

pulled up and immediately left as it was disgusting before we even stepped in looked over ran with people living in rooms

Girl the only reason I booked this hotel was because they advertise it is an 8 minute walk to Bonnaroo…that was a lie. There were hair and dead bugs on the floor of the bathroom. No smoke detector in the room, major no no. We were right by the ice machine which was cool but we could hear everyone getting ice. There were 3 bottle caps left by the jacuzzi. It was not worth $500/night.

This property had bed bugs. We showed images to expedia and Southern inn and still have not received a refund. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Management was threatening and scary. The bedding had paint and room was filthy. I would rather sleep in a car or outside then ever stay here!

Stains all over the walls. Bathroom door didn’t close. Shower curtain stained. Minimal towel/wash clothes. Did not bring additional towels when asked. Furniture was stained. Refrigerator did not chill anything. Latch/lock to door was broken. Outside stairs smelled like pee. Lobby was not accommodating at all. Sketchy place overall. Do not go here.

The staff was wonderful and it was a convenient location to Bonnaroo and allowed pets. Yes, the rooms could have been cleaned better but it was nothing some Clorox wipes couldn’t take care of. I plan on coming back next year!

We turned our keys in about three hours after arrival, the room smelt really bad, we couldn’t stay
