O pequeno almoço e buffet eram excelentes, com otimo atendimento dos funcionários

A limpeza e estado de conservação do hotel deixou a desejar, o lençol de cama estava sujo quando chegamos, a banheira estava descascando, era impossível tomar um banho sem colar na sua pele. Alguém estava a fumar em um dos quartos e o cheiro passava para o nosso, infelizmente a acomodação foi péssima.

"Not worth the 5 star pricing"

Nice hotel with a good sized pool and lovely views

Unfortunately the staff were judgy from the start, used to people that like to show off - a normal person walks through the door and security follows? Not nice. Also, for a 5 star hotel, all massage and pool services being completely stopped from 8pm considering the money is quite unacceptable. Possibly good during the day, but even dinner menu wasn’t inviting
