No seaview its a river view Property not properly maintain Theres dust ot the window pane even lizards egg The balcony not properly clean dust staked Its very sad Bath room not properly kept Theres fallen hair trapped please Rubbish in the bins not removed during my three days stay Court yard in front my seaview not maintained As shown in catalogue

i book for 2 nights, but i only stayed 1 night. i can’t handle the bad rooms air and the bed is soiled. it is awful hotel i’ve ever been. it’s not clean! the linen and blanket is soiled. so tiny room. and also, i booked in booking suppose to be rm153 for 2 nights. then they added so many until reach rm200 for that unworthy unclean room. i usually dont mind if being added price but this time it’s not worth the price at all. i requested towel also not given. it is not recommended. the counter service not friendly.

Location is very near to the Klebang beach

The bathroom is not clean, the door not working. A dusty electric kettle displays on the corridor. No one dares to take. Twice called the front desk but never picked up.
