The staff , location , cleaned place

Not a great a variety at breakfast

Direkt an der Saint Charles Ave mit dem Cable Car. Man kann das Auto auf dem Hotelparkplatz stehen lassen und mit der Strassenbahn direkt bis zur Canal fahren. Direkt am Hotel ist ein Restaurant .

Location was excellent. Breakfast was acceptable.

Staff was not particularly friendly.

Parking is limited

We loved the restaurant downstairs, great food! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. The rooms are small but the hotel itself is small. We picked this hotel because of its location. We were able to walk to the parade route, coffee shop, an old cemetery, and to another restaurant down the street. The area is beautiful as well.

The only thing we struggled with was getting our luggage in the elevator. The elevator is very small and having 3 people with luggage, we didn't fit. Luckily the stairs were next to the elevator and we were on the second floor so it wasn't too bad. Not really any complaints.
