Hotel Gardenia Sorrento, Ascend Hotel Collection

Lovely clean hotel, reception staff very helpful, great choice and hot coffee served at breakfast! We really enjoyed exploring Sorrento by morning then coming back to the pool for the afternoon! Highly recommend this hotel.

Freindly and welcoming. Extremely clean and well organised. Comfortable, convenient location. Great Bar and Restaurant - breakfast was great but dinner was exceptional. Great value. Above all kind freindly funny helpful staff. Thank you Hotel Gardenia for making my stay in Sorrento.

Todo muy bien

First time to Sorrento area, chose The Hotel Gardenia and it didn’t disappoint. Antonio greeted us on our arrival, checking us in with ease and being available for our questions especially regarding the train. Had breakfast and dinner (with excellent service by Tizianna, always kind and smiling and helpful). Breakfast buffet was perfect to begin the day. The hotel is very clean and has a charming decor. It is convenient to walking to the main train station and to the city squares. Being off season it was quiet and that was the reason for us to visit. Had a wonderful time.

Tizana was very attentive and an amazing server. Tizana provided us with great service, delicious food and hospitality.

Everything was excellent. Two points were exceptional and beyond anything I've seen before in any hotel: 1. Staff were amazing. Everyone was over the top professional and incredibly welcoming and courteous. Thank you for an amazing stay. 2. Breakfast was honestly the best Italian food we experienced the whole trip including two other times in Italy in expensive restaurants, and the best and most varied breakfast anywhere ever. The tastes felt like it was prepared by the world quality chef, including the best eggs and the fresh and incredibly tasty croissants. We wish we had stayed longer here.
