L’accueil de la clientèle est excellent. Tout le personnel est souriant, serviable et toujours prêt à aider. Félicitations au chef, j’ai beaucoup apprécié la ciorbă de bœuf ! 😃 L’emplacement est calme, loin du bruit de la circulation. Le tramway se trouve juste en face de l’hôtel, et le métro est à seulement 10 minutes à pied. Une petite mais belle salle de sport, équipée de tout le nécessaire. Le Crystal Palace Bucharest est mon établissement préféré de la ville. Merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et son accueil chaleureux. 😊

Nota muito positiva para o staff, maioritariamente impecável, simpático, disponível. O lobby é muito confortável. A cama era bastante confortável. Permitiram late check-out o que foi excelente

As 4 estrelas são enganosas… o quarto foi semi-renovado mas mantém aspeto antiquado; os blackouts deixam passar toda a Luz, o duche verteu água e inundou a casa de banho; a casa de banho fazia barulho; o ar condicionado é velho e barulhento. Achei caro para uma localização má e Para as comodidades que oferece.
