A destacar a simpatia dos funcionários. O hotel fica mesmo no centro da Lousã é uma boa experiência dado que se trata de um antigo palácio. No geral, as áreas são grandes. Tem ainda restaurante para quem não se quer deslocar para fora do hotel. Tem parque infantil para as crianças e um grande jardim.

A piscina interior é pequena e com pouca profundidade. Espaço exterior ok talvez com a necessidade de alguns reparos. Mas no geral é bom!
