Arthouse Dordrecht

We travelled to Dordrecht by train from Amsterdam. The Arthouse is an easy 10-15 minute walk from Dordrecht train station. Cor & Lettie were excellent hosts giving us helpful advice about Dordrecht, good restaurants and modes of transport. The waterbus to Rotterdam, recommended by Lettie, was a great experience! As other reviewees have stated, the breakfasts provided are works of art! Beautifully presented and very tasty. There was enough food left after breakfast for us to make a small snack for lunch to take out with us. The beds are very comfortable and the room is very nicely furnished with comfy chairs, a table to eat at and a very useful kitchenette with all necessary implements if required. The en-suite bathroom is spotless and very well appointed. Though a little on the pricey side, we would have no hesitation in recommending The Arthouse and would definitely stay there again if ever revisiting Dordrecht.

From the initial contact to the goodbyes, we were made to feel most welcome and comfortable. The spacious, airy room, access to the delightful garden and a kitchenette were ideal for our time in and around Dordrecht. Lots of thoughtful, personal touches and a fantastic breakfast (far more than we're used to) all contributed to a very happy stay in a lovely town. Many thanks to Letty and Cor, and I hope we meet again.

Einmalige Unterkunft, sympathische Gastgeber! Ein kleines Juwel in Dordrecht mit traumhaft schönen Garten und einem Sitzplatz fürs Frühstück in der Sonne. Das Frühstück wird mit Liebe gemacht und auf einem kleinen Rollwagen am Morgen vor die Türe gestellt. Der Kaffee von der neuen Kaffeemaschine ist göttlich und das Frühstück selbst ist ein Traum. Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch und geben einem Tips zu dem wunderschönen Dordrecht. Die Schlafqualität in dem grossen Bett ist optimal. Das grosse modern eingerichtete Badezimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen und sieht gut aus mit den grauen Platten. Der Hausherr war als Designer tätig und das sieht man an dem guten Geschmack in der Einrichtung. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
