My stay at the HILTON GARDEN INN DFW Airport South was and has consistently been wonderful. I have been staying at this hotel for a few days at a time every six months for the past two years of training at Flight Safety. The rooms have always been clean and quiet. The Garden Grill offers up terrific service and food, breakfast or dinner! I hope Amelia at the front desk will be there when I return because she is the best! She worked with me to get back a lost item quickly, and it felt really good to have someone care when it was my mistake. Norman and Oriana at the Garden Grille always go the extra mile to make dining there a great experience as well. Thank you for all your team does to make this hotel the right choice for a stay!

Everything was pretty great except the refusal of front desk to furnish and extra coffee for our coffee maker. We had one and the rest decaf and tea. Front desk agent flat out refused 1 extra coffee. Seemed pretty ridiculous.
