Hilton Garden Inn DFW Airport South

I stayed here for one night for a business trip and it was a great experience. The hotel felt clean, updated, and well cared for. Check in was quick, and my room was spotless and comfortable. The bathroom is on the smaller side but exactly what you’d expect for a quick-stay hotel and totally functional. The lobby had a little store with sandwiches, drinks, snacks, and anything you might need for a work trip, which was really convenient. I didn’t use the shuttle or the restaurant, but the location itself is excellent. It was only a six minute drive to the DFW rental car return, which made my morning incredibly easy. My only small critique is the $3 charge for an in-room room-temperature bottle of spring water. It’s not unique to this hotel but still feels a bit steep for something that’s usually under a dollar. Overall, it was a clean, convenient, and reliable place to stay for business. I’d definitely stay again.

When we got this hotel we we’re informed that there would be free breakfast included, upon checking in, they told us that wasn’t the case and that breakfast cost $17 but that we could go to the sister hotel to eat free breakfast. So the morning after we went to the sister hotel(Tru by Hilton) and was greeted very rudely by the front desk worker. She then proceeded to act like she’s the CEO of Hilton and made it a mission to come all the way to the hotel we’re staying to complain. When we didn’t even make a big deal of the situation. This hotel need to take off free breakfast because that is simply not the case

Good location. The shuttle bus to the airport is very useful.

No safety box in the room. No slippers.

Very nice experience! The hotel is close to everything and the atmosphere was relaxed.
