"Clean and friendly with some mattress upgrades needed."

The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed closest to the bathroom (Rm 125) needs a new mattress. One side was lopsided. The faucet in the tub was dripping. The breakfast was mediocre.

Ive used this hotel many times over the years even as a st cloud resident..always clean ,quiet

The fact they won't rent a room to anyone with a st.cloud address on their license is absurd. It doesn't say that anywhere on their website or anything prior to reservations. So if you pre pay your screwd

Great location and price

Very loud door opening and closing sounds outside room from 7am onward, every few minutes. Not very sound proofed rooms. Also need adult pool hours. Pool was so full of kids until closing we couldn’t get in. No hair dryer provided.

"The staff were very nice and responsive to our needs."

The rooms were clean and I enjoyed using the pool and hot tub on my evenings.

Being located near the highway there was quite a bit of vehicle noise.
