Great place to stay! Friendly staff, clean lobby/rooms. Great selection on breakfast buffet.

WiFi connection is absolutely atrocious. Netflix hardly worked at all, and simple tasks online were slow and buffering constantly. If you travel for work, the place is just fine. It’s clean, decent access to restaurants and other items needed including an Anytime. But the WiFi was so so so bad.

The rooms were remodeled and very clean. There were two shades on the windows, one room darkening which was great! (the other was light filtering). They worked better than curtains. We also liked the complimentary bottled water, after a long journey it was appreciated. We didn't use the pool or gym. The breakfast was very good for this level of hotel. Each day there was 2 different hot items, in addition to waffles, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cheese sticks, cereal, etc. The location was easy on to highway 23, and a target was a few blocks away.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, our stay went smooth.

The staff was great. Friendly and helpful. I didn't find out until 930 pm that the shower was broken. I couldn't turn it on no matter what I did. The bed was comfortable and the room large and spacious.

The grounds and flowers were beautiful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The variety of breakfast foods was very good. The property was very well maintained.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel others should be aware before booking here. From the moment we arrived, the experience was underwhelming. The hotel had an unpleasant, musty odor that hit us as soon as we walked in. Our room felt damp and was clearly not cleaned thoroughly—definitely not what you’d expect for the rate they charge. The entire building appears stuck in the early ’90s, with no visible updates. Most of the “repairs” and upgrades seemed like quick, low-cost landlord specials. Customer service was also a major issue. The front desk employee was on the phone when we arrived and didn’t so much as offer a glance or simple greeting to acknowledge us. He was speaking rudely and passive-aggressively to whoever was on the line, and unfortunately, that same attitude carried over when it was our turn. I was given a condescending lecture about having “too many kids” for the room—even though I only had three young children under the age of 9. He said he’d “let it slide this time” and made it clear I was “lucky” he didn’t cancel my reservation on the spot. It felt unprofessional and borderline hostile. For what they charge, the level of hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort falls far below expectations. This place is in serious need of renovation, better housekeeping, and above all, basic customer service training. I won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

No more biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Stayed here many times and always get the biscuits and gravy one of the days.
