location would be nuce

the room we got looked completely different from the photos of the website. there were steps down to thee groundfloor the room dark and small. we booked the hotel because of a private car parking. l wrote an email for a parking space for my car. but when we arrived we were told that we haven't paid for the parking reservation in advance. but we did get any parking payment information. we were told to look nearby for a parking space. but because of a public holiday the city was full of cars. we were trying 1hour to find one at 34 degrees no fun. so we were not able to park the car and had to leave the hotel . we had booked it for 2days and lost 200 euros.for the room. I also had paid for the next day 20 euros for a parking spacen this was amazenly possible.

L'accueil, la disponibilité et la politesse du personnel, la taille de la chambre et le petit déjeuner.

Les bruits de la rue malgré les fenêtres fermées mais qui n'ont pas duré jusque tard.
