Days Inn by Wyndham West Allis/Milwaukee

The hotel is very outdated and needs a lot of maintenence. Bed was comfortable but the tv was questionable The clientele is also very sketchy at best. The staff are very hard to understand but pleasant. I'd recommended spending a few more dollars and stay elsewhere. I dont think Wyndham has any clue how bad the property is.

I can’t believe this hotel has the Wyndham name attached to it! This clearly was a motel that later had the catwalks enclosed. The hallways are just painted concrete, the front desk was plywood surrounded by walls that were half painted and deteriorated, bathroom and room furnishings were all from the 60’s - too much to list - but this hotel looked more like an overgrown crack house than a Wyndham property. Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

Property was dirty everywhere. Unfinished walls and doors and countertops. Door had a hard time staying shut. Dark and smelly

This is the nastiest, filthiest, motel I have EVER stayed in. I had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom, so my family could use it!!!

Nobody at the front desk

This place is beyond bad! The whole place is dirty, very out of date. We waited 10 minutes to check in because the staff member was outside on his phone looking at us through the windows. We made the terrifying walk to our room to find that it also was not clean. 2 small lamps for the whole space. Either chocolate or poop was smeared on the wall next to the bed. There was hair in the refrigerator. The doorknob in the bathroom was barely functional and difficult to open the door from the inside. Breakfast consisted of a small basket of nurtigrain bars and packets of oatmeal. This place is definitely a no! If we would have had time to find somewhere else to stay, we would have.

The room was filthy. There was stuff splattered all over the walls the carpet was sticky. It was HOT as could be in the room and the AC didn't work. The bed was hard

I did not like anything, it was absolutely disgusting, it was so dirty everywhere in and out of the room it was a huge waste of money. I will never ever again stay there. My daughter was so disgusted with things she wouldn't even sleep with the pillows, they were stained and nasty. I'm appalled that this place charges what they do for price for the horrible experience they give.

Very dirty. towels dirty, room dirty

Our lamp didn’t work, so our room only had one light. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. The receptionist was rude when i asked her to explain why i got 2 bills and 2 charges on my card. I really hope i get a refund for the $231.55 because my i also have a charge for the actual 1 night room harge of $81.55. I wasn't experiencing a total of $313.10 to come off my card. I did expect the room change of $81.55 and a temporary $150 hold, but hopefully i get a refund.
