I can not fathom how this hotel good as good a rating as it had. As soon as we walked in the lobby the only thing you could smell was pot. The hallway leading to our room was terrible. The carpet didn’t meet up to the rooms and tack strips were exposed. The two things we were looking for was breakfast and a pool. The pool was closed and the only thing in the lobby for breakfast was bread

Staff polite, pool closed which was disappointing. Continental breakfast pretty skimpy. okay place for a quick nights stay

I just didn’t like this hotel

It was not my greatest stay, the room was missing a latch on the lock, the desk lamp didn't work, the wifi was horrible sometimes, the window blinds didn't work, and the lights on the right side of our bed didn't work but the customer service was pretty good (Deven in particular) and my girlfriend and I still were able to have a relatively good time.

This was terrible. It took the front desk at least 10 minutes to check me in, even though we arrived after 11:00 p.m. and there was no one else checking in at the time. Next, the staff gave me a key to a room that was already occupied by another guest. When I went back to the front desk, they acted as though I had made a mistake and gone to the wrong room. (I hadn't - I'd gone to the room number they wrote down for me when I checked in.). The room was very bright all night long - our window faced the well-lit parking lot of a neighboring hotel - and the hall was noisy. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Sheets had stains on them. Bathroom smelled like urine.

Room was nice, everything else was junk. Decided not to check in after seeing the rest of the property.

I only have one THING TO SAY BED BUGS......
