"A good spot to R&R in hectic Palermo"

Central location, Modern

On check in, we were handed the key. We weren’t asked for help with our bags which were in the car, valet parking wasn’t explained and we weren’t offered water. It was a nice hotel in a good location. Also had good air con. breakfast was excellent.

I couldn’t control the AC from the room thermostat and it was controlled from the reception
