Konumu için tercih ettik.ulaşım rahattı. Otel loş ışıklandırmalı. Reception dakiler çok yardımcıydılar. Kahvaltıları çok iyiydi. Yataklatın yanında priz yoktu elektronikleri şarj ederken zor oldu. Fiyatına göre daha iyi bir yer olduğunu düşünmüştüm.

The breakfast was great and had a lot of great options. The food appeared fresh and the service of the staff was great.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to a few unresolved issues. The most concerning was the water quality—both the sink and shower produced brown water. I brought this to the attention of the receptionist and was informed it was due to a city-wide issue and that I should let the water run for 5–10 minutes. After running it for 20 minutes with no change, I returned to the front desk and was advised to let it run for an hour. Even after doing so, the water remained discolored, and I ultimately chose not to shower during my stay. No alternative solution was offered by the staff. Images uploaded and this was after allowing the water to run for an 1 hour. Additionally, the room temperature was uncomfortable. Although the AC was set to 19°C, the room remained quite warm throughout my stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward improving both the facilities and the guest experience.

Gutes Frühstück , zentrale Lage

Sehr dunkel und hellhörig, Geräusche von der Toilette Nachbarn als würde man unter einem Wasserfall wohnen, bei Beschwerde unverschämte Reaktion vom Front Desk.

Chambres très grandes, salle de bain également. En bon état. Le prix correct. Les fruits frais au petit déjeuner

Le personnel très peu souriant et peu sympathique. Zéro effort. À part les fruits le petit déjeuner n’est pas incroyable Mais surtout 1 cafard dans chacune des chambres que nous avions réservé.

Abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con le blatte una notte non ci è stato proposto uno sconto. La cosa può capitare ok il cambio di camera in piena notte, ma di solito si va incontro al cliente per il disturbo.
