Jesus Christ this is the most ghetto, unprofessional ‘resort’ I’ve EVER encountered in my entire life. The staff is clueless & clearly incompetent of doing their actual job-which they are sadly getting paid for. It’s dirty, LOUD AS H3LL & severely small for how they advertise & portray it to be. Not to mention WAY over priced for the little they actually have to offer. If you’d like to stay at an ‘adult frat house’ while ungrateful, complaining, teenagers who do NOTHING to fix your concerns & issues-all while you just paid an obscene amount of money to consistently smell the pot the guest staying in the room directly beside you have smoked ALL WEEKEND long, or staying at a slum resort, with your entire family & children, then this is the place for you! Have ZERO expectations? Then they will not let you down! Book today, they have NO desire to meet your BASIC standards!

Great family fun, everyone was very friendly and happy to help at anytime I was pretty impressed with the level of service and kindness shown. The room was very clean and well kept, nice big tv and a fold out and two queens. We did so many fun things we weren't in the room much. Shower was powerful and amazing. Loved the indoor pool, and the hot spa. The ease of charging to the room and the wristband system work very well. We had a family package so we got to try everything offered, VR, arcade, Waterpark with fun slides, bowling, mini golf and a magical scavenger hunt. We're definitely gonna go back and stay again. My room was near the delivery area so there were early morning trucks, but we get up early anyway so it didn't bother us much. Not 1 bug in site, bed or otherwise, these reviews had me a lil scared. They have daily activities for the kids of all ages in the large lobby area.

Had a blast with the kids. It was a great time for adults too. The food was delicious, there was never a dull moment with all the activities.

We stayed for one night, and unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. There was constant bumping and loud noise coming from the room above us — we could hear every footstep, jump, and thump from about 4 PM until midnight. Our entire room literally shook at times. We called the front desk and were told security would check, but the noise never stopped. The room itself was also disappointing: old furniture, a musty moldy smell, and an outdated, noisy AC unit that made it hard to sleep. Everything felt worn and poorly maintained. The only positive side was the waterpark — it can be fun if you visit during off-hours, but when it’s crowded, the wait times are way too long to enjoy. Overall, definitely not worth the money we paid. I would not stay here again unless the rooms and noise issues are seriously improved.

The new paid parking is a rip off. Beds were uncomfortable. One of my rooms had an ant problem.
