Very clean room and bathroom. Comfy bed!

Staff is very helpful and friendly

The breakfast was fine, and everything else was fine.

The bed was too high. I am short, and I needed a stool to get into the bed, which of course was not provided.

Cleanliness of the entire experience; spotless from the moment we entered the lobby. Nice modern furnishings. Staff very friendly. Excellent breakfast variety (hot and cold), fruit, pastries, and beverages.

The bed pillows were very thick.

Breakfast was okay but the consistency of the food was not adeuqate. The two days I stayed the menu changed slightly.

I have yet to recieve my holding deposit back from booking.com for my first nights stay in the amount of $50. Please refund me my deposit.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

The elevator was out of order we had to walk up 3 flights. The breakfast and coffee was poor.

It was the usual hotel breakfast, bagels, muffins, waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage links, yogurt. Nothing fancy but sufficient for most palates.

Spiders & webs, husband was bit while sleeping. Bed was lumpy. Floor outside our room was very wet - air dryers were on all the time - still wet. The elevator (only one in the building) was out of order. They were able to get us a 1st floor room - smaller than what we booked. My husband uses a mobility scooter and would never have been able to climb stairs. The property is aging, and updates are needed.
