Il bagno troppo piccolo, non c'è un parcheggio vicino e neppure trasporto pubblico vicino

Très bien situé entre la gare et le palais des papes, sur la rue principale, piétonne et calme. Confortable, beau, propre, prix,raisonnable. Personnel tres gentil et accueillant. Hôtel pas trop grand.

Ouverture des portes difficile avec le QR Code qu’on doit avoir sur son téléphone portable. J’ai failli ne pas pouvoir rentrer car mon téléphone n’avait plus de batterie le soir! Peu de gel douche fourni quand on doit prendre deux douches (avec la chaleur et longue marche pour les visites).

Staff, location, service (front desk, maid, luggage storage)

I booked hotel because it had an elevator and I am elderly. But the elevator only went to the 4th floor, and I had to climb a flight of stairs to my room. I would not book again unless guaranteed room was on floor where elevator stops. Also, when you use toilet, you are up against the wall - a little more space would be better.

This was a nice cosy hotel right in the centre of town. Our room was quite small but was all we needed. The location was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location right near the main square. Staff were very helpful. Perfect for a few nights in Avignon.

Bathroom is very small

QR code did not work on my phone. Luckily I arrived just before staff member left the property otherwise I would not have got in. She give me alternative white plastic card to use. Very help young lady.

Had I arrived 10 minutes later I would have not gained entry. That was a close call.
