We arrived late as part of a business trip, the woman at the desk was lovely. We left early, no one was at the desk, we had no clue how to check out and there was an electric gate, which is great for security, but meant we could not leave and wasted about 20 mins looking for a member of staff. Would have been good if someone had mentioned this. The pillows were very flimsy but it was clean and good otherwise.

Chambre sans chauffage puisque ce dernier ne fonctionnait pas, pas de seche serviette, la douche froide et le receveur bouché..petit dejeuner principalement sucré, accueil froid du personnels..

It was a typical IBIS. Simple clean. No frils. Location better than expected and a good pool. Air conditioning was not orki g. But balcony doir opened to give ventilation.

Bonjour j ai passé deux jours a l hôtel ibis a odos J' ai été accueillis avec merveille Le personnel super sympa adorable J ai bien aimé le service.la piscine.le déjeuner trop top génial Franchement j ai pas trop l occasion de venir a Tarbes Quand je vais venir se sera mon l hôtel Et merci encore a votre personnel super adorable Gros bisous a eux MR Piesset jean Claude
