"l’hôtel était très bien placé mais trop court séjour."

- l’odeur de friture dans la chambre malheureusement sans aéré ( huile chaude, frites) - bruits de couloir - l’espace dans la chambre est restreint

Décoration soignée, emplacement idéal, personnel aimable et disponible. Le petit déjeuner juste ce qu’il faut un petit plus pour les gaufres qui sont délicieuses.

"Super fijne, centrale locatie om Lille te verkennen."

Nette, moderne hotelkamer

Er is een lift aanwezig, maar die is niet groot. Je kunt je koffers erin zetten, maar dan pas je er zelf niet meer bij. Je kunt uiteraard ook gewoon de trap nemen.

équipement très bien, accueil parfait , petit déjeuné très bon , système de clef très actuel et parfait

dimensions de la chambre, de la salle de bain, du lit , pas de porte manteaux salle du petit déjeuné mal agencée trop petite nous avons du aller a l’étage nous avons 80 ans alors!!!!!

"Clean it properly"

Cageteria corner with coffee and tra for clients. Nice modern design, nice shower room.

The matrrss cover was dirty with blood and other satins with a bad odor. The floor of the shower was not cleaned, same for the doors or curtains. Very nice place but they need to pay attention to the details and cleanliness. They should clean better also the utensils in the kitchenette. I complained that the plates were all dirty and the ladies did nothing to clean them. Even worse they started to critised me when i left. They need to clean better the entrance, lift, corridors. They left a box of cleaning produxts in the corridor for a full day. Also entrance door and area to enter your code was full of dust and spider webs. So nice place but they seem not to worry about maintain it to proper standarfs.
