The rooms were clean and checking in was easy. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It was a bit inconvenient to have to park further away from the main entrance.

Booking online was super easy. They accepted debit Visa. Upon arrival it threw me off not knowing it was at the college but staff was kind and helped me. Super neat being in a college dorm.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Value for money.

The guy from India who did our check-in was humble and polite but the next day there was a lady from India and she was extremely arrogant, rude and disrespectful as if she was working for free. I asked her about the fire exits but she had dismissive attitude and failed to provide a clear or courteous response when I raised my concerns.
