Close to highway restaurants and bucees!

It was under construction, rooms looked under construction and pool was out of order.

The rooms were clean

They were under construction which wasn't listed when I booked the room. The pool wasn't open also not listed. There wasnt a microwave or hairdryer in the rooms either. They asked me to pay a deposit of $100 that would be refunded after checkout I have never got that back. And I was very disappointed with that, everything i could of looked over but not the money part.

Made the reservation online and needed a dog friendly hotel. Online they didn’t advise you of a dog fee even when you reserved the room. If I didn’t do an early check in I wouldn’t have known. With that said, the fee was still less expensive than any other hotels in the area. On the web site, it didn’t say the hotel was under renovation. When we arrived it looked horrible. If we didn’t have reservations, we would not have even parked. When the renovations are over, it may be a nice place.

Loud street noise through the night as it is on the main drag and the street to Bukeys. The breakfast was all carbs

The location was convenient.

So many things we didn’t like. The noise at night was awful, it sounded like we were at a race track while trying to sleep. The hotel text us and asked if they could do anything to make our stay better, when you text them back they don’t answer. We got no sleep and no warning of the noise. If you park your car under the balconies people will ash on it from smoking on the balcony. The rooms are getting redone but not fully finished yet so you get a half finished room.

Quiet, clean, AC worked amazingly

They were remodeling and had dumpsters, all the old beds in the parking lot, and a hole in the wall on the floor next to my room.

Cheap price, thankfully our room was freshly remodeled but still not the greatest. Blankets smelled funny and had stains, we ended up bringing our own to sleep on.

The property is very dirty and brings a sketchy crowd around at night, overwhelming smell of weed every night, and the remodeling workers were smoking weed every time we passed. If you have young kids, 100% skip this and go to a safer hotel. Pool is also down for remodeling until "summer 2026". Laundry is outside by the main elevator, not in a separate room. We did not feel safe washing laundry here so we drove into Sevierville for a laundromat instead.
