La amabilidad de la limpiadora

De todos los hoteles que vimos era de los peores, la piscina muy pequeña y sucia, la cama incomodisima, las almohadas fatal.

Hotel accueillant, très bien situé par rapport à nos attentes. Équipements récent, piscine intérieure très agréable, jacuzzi sur le toit calme, parfait pour se détendre, lire et bronzer, pareille pour la piscine extérieure. Dernier point très positif, j'aii fait des demandes via la plateforme et ils en ont tenu compte.

Surclassement propreté gentillesse, parler français

Tous c'est bien déroulé, l'établissement est propre et agréable.

Dommage que certaines personnes du personnel ne sourie pour ainsi dire que très rarement.

Disappointing Stay – Not What We Expected From a 4-Star Hotel We stayed in Room 208 and unfortunately our experience did not match the standard we expected from a 4-star hotel. The bathroom door did not close properly, there was no running water from the kitchen tap area, and no milk was provided with the tea and coffee facilities. We were also surprised to find that refills for tea and coffee had to be paid for. Only one lift was working during our stay, which caused inconvenience and delays. Another disappointment was that the hotel advertised breakfast on an outdoor terrace, but this was not available, so guests had to eat inside a hot and stuffy dining room instead. The biggest letdown was the balcony view. Rather than a pleasant outlook, our balcony directly faced an apartment block with washing hanging out to dry, which was not what we expected based on the hotel's presentation and advertising. While the staff were generally pleasant, the overall experience fell short of the quality and facilities we were expecting. For these reasons, we do not feel the hotel lived up to its 4-star rating. Rating: 2/5

Me encantó el gimnasio, la piscina exterior y cubierta, la habitación, la Limpieza y lo amables que son todo el personal del hotel. Viajo sola y recomiendo este lugar 100%!!. La playa está prácticamente al lado y hay un ascensor que te sube la cuesta para llegar a Calle San Miguel

Esto no es una critica, sino una sugerencia: deberían pedir el número de habitacion en el salón de desayunos y en las zonas de piscinas. Tal y como lo tienen puede entrar gente que no sea del hotel

El personal muy amable

La habitación era un poco incómoda por lo grande que era, me parece excesivo para una pareja, podrían habernos preguntando si querríamos una habitación más ajustada porque me da que fue una equivocación
