Very nice areas, outdoor pool a good size with plenty of chairs and loungers. Indoor pool very calm and relaxing, spa was very good. Rooms nice and spacious and located well in central Torremolinos. All staff were excellent and very hard working

Nothing negative from my experience

Kamer was schoon en ruim

Ik vond het geen 4 sterren waard. Wij hadden een junior suite. Kamer was ruim en proper. Maar er waren kopjes voor thee maar geen koffie en thee. Een magnetron maar geen bordje of bestek. Dus uiteindelijk heb je er niet veel aan. 1 klein raampje waar weinig licht doorheen kwam. Hotel is gedateerd Vooral voor ouder publiek. De eetzaal ziet ook erg gedateerd uit

This latest visit to this hotel is our fourth visit, so I feel that I'm qualified to comment on how bad it has become. Firstly. - we arrived and were allocated our room (room 326). We walked into the room and immediately had to switch on the lights as it was if we'd walked into a basement. The room had hardly any natural light as it looked onto a high stone wall about 6 feet in front of the window. I went to reception to see if I could be moved to the kind of room I'd requested through TUI (Lower floor, pool or sea view) only to be told that we had ordered a junior suite (there had only been the one room option when we ordered, with no mention that this type of room may not have a balcony) The male receptionist told me if I wanted to be moved to a room that had a balcony I would have to pay a supplement of €235 which I reluctantly paid as there was no way I could last a week in what was basically a dungeon. From then, it proceeded to get worse because of the meals. The small choice of different food options at meal times was bad enough, but the food was consistently lukewarm and nearly always needed reheating. I'm definitely not a fussy eater but the lack of choices of foods that you could pair together meant that mealtimes were an odd mix. The whole experience of the hotel was a pity as I said I'd been there three times previously and could see just how bad it had become. If you are considering coming here, ensure in writing that you won't be put into a room without a balcony and prepare to eat out most nights. We won't return.
