We returned to this hotel once again and were very satisfied again. From the moment we arrived, we felt the warm and pleasant attitude of the staff – everyone was very helpful and attentive. We got exactly what we expected and hoped for. The hotel is very clean, tidy, and cozy. We were especially pleasantly surprised by a lovely gesture – for our anniversary, we received a gift from the hotel, and such thoughtfulness truly warmed our hearts. The view from the window was simply amazing! We felt very comfortable here and will definitely want to come back again 😊😊

This was our 1st visit to this lovely hotel,3 adults family members & we had 2 rooms. We stayed for 6 nights in May. Check in was good quick & friendly by a gentleman. We were a little disappointed with the room on the 1st floor we were just overlooking some plants & trees & could see into the entertainment room but the good thing about our rooms on the 1st floor was that we didn’t have to wait for the lifts only 2 short flights of stairs,so pros & cons to rooms on the 1st floor. Nice little balcony but we only used once,due to no view really. Only 1 carton of water left in the room for the 2 of us. Good location just a very long walk to the marina we walked it the 1st time but the 2nd time we went to the marina we used Uber. The food both breakfast & evening meal was excellent,quality food,and so was the service excellent,every meal was absolutely divine & so much choice something for everyone. Delicious breakfasts & freshly made omelettes. I particularly liked how you pay for your drinks as you have them rather than totting up at bill at the end. Drinks reasonably priced for a four star hotel. Entertainment we went into the entertainment room 5 nights out of the 6 nights that we were there,some evenings it was good some poor and sometimes the singers just sang songs to suit the older audience. They do a fabulous job with the drinks orders & bringing your drinks. Reception sometimes only one staff member on so if they were checking someone in it meant that you were stood there waiting. All the staff were so really lovely & friendly. The outdoor pool area was nice,we bought drinks & toasties one afternoon,I would think tho in peak season that there are not enough sun loungers for all the guests. We do usually prefer an adult only hotel,there were a few children here,but nothing for them to do,the 1st night there were some running up & down in the entertainment room but then they left as it’s not the place for that when they are coming out with trays of drinks for people,& a child in the pool 1 day with a rubber ring,and a couple of babies there during our stay. I have read in other reviews that this hotel is mostly for the older people but I would disagree that week we saw people of all ages well over the age of 25.Yes lots of elderly people here,I’m mid 50s & my 2 family members are older so this didn’t bother us,we actually met some lovely people. They put the football on 1 evening that the men wanted to watch on the large TV at the top of the bar. Rooftop bar what can I say wow it’s fabulous up there and amazing views,we didn’t go up during the day just at night time. A bottle of fizz brought to our room on the evening of my husband’s birthday which was so nice. We would definitely return to this beautiful modern hotel as it ticks all the boxes for us.

We spent the last two weeks of February at Hotel Las Arenas. The employees are really polite, welcoming and friendly. Our room was really clean as well as all the public areas in the hotel. They had a really good selection of food at breakfast and dinner. We slept well as it was really quiet at night. This hotel is really well located. Thank you to all the staff of Las Arenas for making our stay really enjoyable.

Another wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. All staff are friendly and accommodating, food plentiful and amenities high quality, rooms spotless and well presented as are all areas of the hotel. Many thanks once again, excellent value, would highly recommend.

Las Arenas is one of the best hotels I’ve stopped in. We couldn’t find a single downside to the hotel. We were met warmly at reception, easy check in, luggage taken to our room, shown to our lovely clean room with a view of the pool and terrace. We were bed and breakfast so can’t comment on dinner but if it’s anything like breakfast it’ll be great. Loads of fresh fruit and pastries, cereal and the standard full English items , bacon , sausage , eggs etc and pots of coffee and fresh fruit juices. It was mostly older couples when we were there, although a few younger families with kids, but it was still a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. People still tend to grab sunloungers and place towels on them as soon as they open at 9am , but I think there’s enough to go around. It’s very accessible with ramps and lifts to all floors if needed. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful from reception, waiters and waitresses to the cleaners who never stop. Although it had been mentioned about the work on the main road at the front of the hotel, we didn’t find this any different to the normal traffic that you’d expect. The sky bar on the top floor is well worth a visit, but as soon as the sun went down, it could be cold and windy, but it was only early May. Happy hour in the downstairs bar between 5-6 is worth going to with buy one get one free, for hotel guests only. All in all , a great hotel that I would highly recommend.
