Cleanliness and staff were excellent. Loved roof top bar

Unfortunately roadworks going on. Room 215 was overlooking pool but big palm trees blocked any morning sunlight on the balcony which was a shame

We have just returned from another wonderful stay at the Las Arenas 🌞 We were able to have the room that we had last year - and it was kept very clean each day 😊 The Restaurant staff recognised us from last year, which was lovely 😊 The quality of the food was very good, and very tasty - all hot and very nicely displayed 😊 The staff are exceptional, friendly, always smiling, and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff in the bar area were the same - entertainment good. We have stayed in this hotel a few times, and even enjoyed two Christmas stays before the hotel stopped opening at this time ( such a shame ) I can say that the hotel is brilliant, the location great, rooms good, food excellent - but the one thing that shines about this hotel above everything - is the staff !!! You have an amazing staff team, from the staff that keep everything spit spot - to the bar staff and especially the restaurant staff 😊 Thank you Kay Portass 🥰
