Spirit Hotel Benalmádena Beach

Fourth time we’ve stayed here and fantastic as always. We had a corner terrace this time as love the ocean view but would recommend more the front ocean view. Staff lovely and professional and cleanliness second to none.

Lovely hotel and location, great staff and super food. But soundproofing on the rooms could be better, lots of traffic noise even on the 9th floor.

Wij vonden het een mooi hotel. Prima ligging, mooi uitzicht vanaf de kamer. Kamer was goed. Ontbijt was prima. Personeel aardig en behulpzaam.

Location is excellent, right on the beach and along from the marina. Long walks along the promenade, right into Torremolinos and beyond for those who like walking and a bus stop right outside the hotel for those who don't. The town and station is at the top of the hill however and it's a long hike up there although the bus outside the hotel will take you if you don't fancy the walk. Plenty of places to visit by either train or bus. The hotel is lovely with excellent views from the majority of rooms as it is on a high point. The food was enjoyable with tables on the terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. Staff were friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean. My only gripe is the music from the terrace starting at 8am which can be heard in all the front facing rooms.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Good transport links to Málaga. Very fresh décor, rooms a good size and we had a corner room that has a good size balcony with two chairs and a sunbed (ask for one on the west side if getting sun all day is important). Right on the seafront with access to the promenade to walk to Torremolinos. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast had a very good selection to suit all tastes, food was fresh and staff kept it topped up. A relaxing stay with no complaints.

Great property. Excellent access to pretty much everything in the area and with parking. Would not consider food to be 5 stars. I would rate it a 3 in comparison to 5 star Caribbean/Mexico All Inclusives (except Cuba, better than Cuba for sure).

The staff were more than welcoming and helpful. The hotel had great amenities such as a piano lounge, a small spa, a rooftop viewpoint, and a great buffet breakfast. The room was very clean, fresh and modern and although our room was situated on the side of the hotel, the angled balcony meant you could still see the beach and marina in the background. Great location to walk to the marina, local bars and restaurants and uphill to the train station. The outdoor area and pool were slightly small however there was access to loungers on the beach below the hotel also. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

This is the second time we have stayed here, it is a fabulous hotel. You can’t beat the location. Quiet enough to be relaxing but easily walkable to great restaurants and bars. Lovely pool area and steps down to the beach. Staff are amazing. David, Ana and Alexandro on reception can’t do enough for you and Pepi’s breakfast omelettes are delicious! We had a beautiful corner room (with a little help from David!) and the view was gorgeous. We can’t wait to return!
