Hotel El Puerto by Pierre & Vacances

First of all, the attention of to the customers , I was deeply impressed by the surprise made for my husband's birthday. Very clean , very good breakfast ! In a word, congratulations and keep it up!

Unfortunately the mattresses were uncomfortable, too firm or maybe we got some that were not so good, we felt the springs in our back!

The location (have stayed here once before for 3 nights a few yrs ago), as we are moving down the coast to La Cala. Breakfast was nice, think it should be included though! Pool area nice.

The outside of the building is looking tired with a lot of concrete missing from balconies. Towels were a bit threadbare, coffees and teas not replaced, beds not changed in 5 nights- once would have been fine.outside bar area not all that inviting. Needs some tlc during off peak season.

Ligging

Meer uitleg bij het inchecken van het Hotel , geen uitleg waar je het ontbijt moest nemen , stond in de lift met R aangeduid . Dat er 2 blokken waren met in de andere blok het zwembad , betalende handdoeken 4 EUR per dag per persoon en een deposit van 10 EUR Deposit kan ik inkomen , maar een huur per dag gaat me te ver . Tamelijk duur om aan de piscine iets te eten en te drinken , zelf mocht je geen eten of drinken meebrengen . Binnenin werd het Hotel gerenoveerd , maar buiten kon je duidelijk zien dat er gaten waren en afbrokkelingen aan terras en muur ,wat een slechte indruk geeft van buiten . De kamers waren klein en weinig opbergruimte .

Very central , asked for a good view from our room and staff obliged, nice clean room, not fancy but adequate, with a fridge which helps in the hot weather

Hieman jo kulunut mutta hyvä sijainti. Kattoterassi todella hyvä, samoin aamupala.

Henkilökunta ei oikein osannut englantia. Aika kulunut jo.

Breakfast was excellent. Great selection . Staff very helpful.
