ontbijt was goed diner was goed voor weinig moet alleen wel boeken van te voren wat geen probleem is locatie vlakbij station en stad

lift vertoonde nog al wat gebreken

the location was great and the staff were really nice

it was SO unbelievably warm, everywhere you were in the hotel, the heater was off in the room, we were on the third floor and it was like a sauna, to the point you felt physically unwell. the window didn’t open properly so it was impossible to get fresh air. the bed’s were horrific, could feel every single spring in your back, even sleeping ontop of the duvet since i definitely didn’t need it due to the heat, i could still feel the springs, and to top it off the walls are paper thing, you could here absolutely everything from every room. as a result i did not get a wink of sleep here. it was £170 for a twin room for one night, for an outdated room with thin walls, sauna like temperatures and horribly uncomfortable beds. they also lock the front door at night so you need to ring a bell to be let in, i was working until 3am and my partner came back to the hotel after dropping me off at midnight and could not get into the building. therefore she had to come to my work until i finished. luckily we managed to get someone’s attention at 3am but there was no one managing the desk between 12 and 1am

Zimmer sehr klein, schlechte Fenster, Böden sehr laut, man hört jeden Schritt. Man hört die Nachbarn. Busladungen von Besuchern, im Zimmer sehr warm

Very skimpy breakfast. Rooms are long overdue for renovations

La chambre était confortable et assez grande. Excellent petit déjeuner.

L'accueil à la réception était peu chaleureux, pour ne pas dire très froid.

Rien… à part que l’on ma proposé une chambre standard sans me rembourser une partie de ma réservation tellement la chambre supérieure était sale Fenêtre HS moquette ou j’ai du marcher avec mes chaussures tellement je ne voulais pas mettre un pied dessus

La saleté des chambres l’inconfort des lit et la vétusté de l’hôtel pour un prix quasiment identique avec le Dalmahoy country club allez voir de vous même sur booking la différence

Good location

The heat was still on during a heatwave so we didn’t sleep well due to the heat. Staff weren’t overly helpful.
