Sapphire Serviced Apartment

Very cosy and comfy apartment which is about 10 mins walk from the station. The area is very clean and safe. I have difficulties locating the keys and getting into tthe block, I rang the service line and all sorted right away. Service is professional and very efficient. Highly recommended .

The round belt of the washing machine needs to be cleaned !

Not much. It had a comfy bed

Place was not overly clean. Shower extractor was stuffed with fluff and dirt. Bath had hairs in it. Location is right on a crossroads with noisy traffic and the beep beep of the pedestrian crossing was unbearable. It also constantly stunk of curries and take away food due to location

Location was good. Less than a 5 minute walk to the train station. Modern spacious apartment.

Last occupants had been smokers, so there was a stale cigarette smoke smell throughout the apartment. The curtains in the living room were very poor quality. Very difficult to use. At one point, the door to the bedroom wouldn't open and the door was jammed in the frame, we had to manouever it open. Some cutlery and plates were dirty before we had even used them. Key codes for entering the building changed a few times while we were there with no mention of this from the host.

The location is excellent and the apartment was very cozy, comfortable, and clean. The communication with the host was very easy and we received all the instructions needed in advance. Everything was great and I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice accommodation and good location for town

Absolutely fantastic service from Oje! It has been a pleasure from start to finish. Highly recommend staying here. There are so many little touches that makes it feel like home away from home. Lovely area, close to shops and public transport. Photos are exactly how the apartment looks. Thank you Oje!

There is not a thing we did not like.

We were notified the day before arrival that the property was smelling of smoke and they had tried to clean it and mask the smell with air freshener; however, the stench was nauseating for the entire stay. our clothes stank of stale smoke when we arrived home. We left the property a day earlier just to get out of there, and would have chosen different accommodation if we had more notice. We opened the windows however as the property looked onto a busy roundabout and was on the ground floor the apartment became noisy and smelling of diesel instead. The blinds were broken so we had to stand on the chairs or bed to open them. The skirting boards and carpets were very dusty in the bedroom. The shower was not properly sealed and leaked all the way over to the toilet and there was no extractor fan. The cutlery, crockery, pots and grill pan were not clean when we arrived. The sofas were comfortable and the bed linen and towels were good quality but smelt of artificial air freshener.
