Super 8 by Wyndham Laramie

Housekeeping did not come in and clean the room and change the linen and make the bed bring fresh towels clean the bathroom. We told the manager who was very rude did not offer any type of compensation for the failure on their part not to provide good service, good housekeeping service

Staff was nice

No ac phone and remote didn’t work

3 remotes, 2 for the tv dont work. Cant call the front desk, no phone service. The faucets have to be turned just right to shut off, too far and water comes on. The faucet in the tub doesnt shut off all of the way. When the water first came out of the faucet it was brown. Ugh!

Overall it wasn’t bad the room was a little outdated and looked like the sheets weren’t cleaned but overall it wasn’t bad for the price.

The property was nice the staff was great. The plumbing was awful the faucets were not working properly and the toilet didn’t flush properly

Average at best. Washing machine broken. Buttons to adjust room air conditioner broken. Room was clean. Breakfast choices very very limited. Overall not worth what they charged.

The property’s location is very isolated. Walking down the hall to my room was dark. The walls were painted gray and new locks had been installed on the doors but they did not cover the openings of the old lock. The water in the tub could not be turned off and the air conditioner had a light on indicating the filter needed to be changed. I brought these things to the attention of the front desk and he was receptive. The room was clean, the shower worked, the staff was friendly. I liked having a small table and two chairs in the room. They offered a very small breakfast. I did not feel safe here and would probably not stay here again. I think the cost was a bit high for the condition of the property.

Quiet location. Friendly staff. AC works but is abnormally loud

I've stayed at lots of Super 8 motels mainly because of the lower costs. Our room at this facility was bigger than most other 8s I've used.
