Super 8 by Wyndham Millbury/Toledo

Dirty, disgusting and unsafe places to stay. Smoke detector didn’t work, no phone in the room and no housekeeping service.

I had a reservation. I pre-paid on Booking.com. The hotel was hard to find--no street lights or lighted signage on anywhere. When we arrived at the hotel the desk clerk said the room was already taken. He said it was first-come, first-serve. I mentioned I had a reservation, a confirmation number, a receipt, screenshots, and I mentioned an arrival time. He couldn't help except for a picture for another "sister" hotel 4 miles away that might be an option for us. We ended up driving overnight to our destination.

Close this motel, it shouldn’t be open for business without a full renovation. Poor condition, run down, it wasn’t clean. The outside stairwell and grounds had litter that wasn’t picked up and there were stray cats loitering. The only good use for this hotel would be in the TV series “the last of us”. My wife and I were tenting on this trip and we couldn’t stay here, we moved on to another and would have gone back to our tent rather than return to this motel. The manager was wonderful and very polite.

Air worked.

No direction to location. No plastic ware to eat with but sold dry food. No breakfast. Only 1 pillow provided. Towels were thin like a cheese cloth. Room smelled very bad. Very run down and dirty. Trash everywhere outside, stray cats and numerous families live there. Kids running around with no parents going door to door trying to sell rocks from a rock bed that the stray cats crap in. Washer leaked water all over the laundry room floor. Told maintenance, who was drunk and currently drinking a beer. He said it was fine and left it. Glass door to the ice machine room was broken. Junk cars with flat tires in parking lot, junk on patios, over grown grass and weeds everywhere. If I looked at location before booking, I would have not stayed. My booking was non refundable. DO NOT STAY HERE! I stayed at nicer hotels for the price I paid here.

Me and my beautiful fiancé stayed , room was great all around ! Clean , safe , AC worked . The only downside I would care to mention is that the parking lot is extremely ghetto and can be a little confusing to get too. 4/5 stars , would def stay again

Nice and clean

Absolutely disgusting, dirty, smelly. Room looked unfinished, not cleaned, dirty washcloth from previous people. Toilet didnt work, door wasn't very secure. Just overall not a good experience.
