Quiet clean and safe

Terrible experience, room wasn’t available after I reserved, was send to another property (same ownership) 20 min away… just to come into a night mare room … Smelly Nasty Duty Gross

I chose this location based solely on price. I got what I paid for. The locale is "industrial," to put it as nicely as possible, While the room was clean, the exterior had lots of trash and an overflowing bin. There are two cars in the lot that haven't moved in a long time, judging by the very flat tires. The toilet ran continuously and vigorously at all times. I slept fine, but a simple, inexpensive repair would save a lot of water. I also had occasion to use the office bathroom while waiting for my room to be ready and had to reach into the tank to pull the flush chain. Another really inexpensive fix.

It was the worst and dirtiest hotel that I have ever stayed at. We lasted one hour before we packed up the car and headed out looking for another hotel. I drove all day from NYC, I was tired and just wanted to sleep. We left the hotel at 11:30 pm and found another hotel around 12:00 am. This hotel should not even be advertised on Hotels.com

The staff member was friendly and had I sought out help, they would have likely helped but I don’t think there’s much help for this facility short of a bulldozer. It is sort of conveniently located just south of Toledo but a smidge weird to get to once you get off of the expressway…and don’t miss your turn or you’ll be driving through a semi-truck graveyard swerving around a few chasm-sized potholes in what used to be some type of industrial area. The room smelled as if it was a smoking room and after smoking a few packs in the room 20 years ago, they boarded up the doors…that is, until I booked a room and they quickly tried to get the smell out of the walls. The description described a room with a microwave and fridge and it had neither. The tv would’ve been great, had the remote been in the room. The mount for the fire alarm was empty on the wall, but good news, the actual fire alarm was in a drawer in the tv stand (but the remote was no where to be found). Lighting certainly left a lot to be desired but I’m afraid if there was anymore light, I would’ve spotted more issues. Oh, and I had to walk very carefully up the exterior stairs, as there was so much rust, I was concerned that with too much aggression in my steps, they would’ve collapsed. I did mostly sleep through the night and I only needed it for a quick one-night stay, and it accomplished that. However, next time I’ll choose elsewhere.

Bed was comfy, staff was nice.

Floors were filthy, looks like it hadn’t been maintained in 20 years. Washed my face in the sink and the water never drained and had to wash our hands in the shower. The night front desk assured us there was breakfast in the AM… nope! Prepacked muffins and coffee. Staff was nice and bed was clean and pretty comfy. (Just keep your shoes on walking around and keep them next to the bed.) glad we only needed a place to rest for a few hours during travels.

The people on top of us was noisy and when my grandson was taking things to the car they were cursing him Not a god visit

I arrived around 930p and the guy at tbe iffice was fine, but the location is VERY smetchy and seemed weird. Got my room with my baby! Which was a walk to the second floor which was the first bad thing, got to the room which i felt unsafe doinh ans the light switch didnt work, the smoke alarm was beeping and i immediately said to myself, nope! This isnt it! The room looked huge feom what i could see but i felt completly unsafe. I went back to the office to retuen my key and there was a lady at the desk and she was very nice and understood and knew it wasnt going to be for me ans a baby. Im pretty sure its more of a trucker motel for sure. So no dont bring your family..just tour lot lizard lol..but fr!
