"Everything was going fine until the 4 of us tried to shower on check out day!!!"

Check in was a breeze.

We got up early to take showers and our shower did not work. Called front desk and was told that it would be reported to maintenance after we checked out. NO COMPENSATION WAS OFFERED FOR THE INCONVIENCE!!!! The 4 of us were traveling another 300 miles that day and what a crappy way to start a vacation!!!! A partial refund would sure start to make up for a long stinky day traveling!

Room was easy to get to from the back parking lot

The next door room was extremely noisy. The first night I was there, I asked to switch rooms and they said no - they had to try and quiet the surrounding rooms down. I was forced to call the front desk every night to complain about the noise. Left there after 4 nights more exhausted then when I arrived. I was never offered clean towels, coffee or trash removal in the room. Had to take towels to the front desk and swap for clean towels. Room was stuffy and small. I really think I should have been refunded some money for the stay it was that uncomfortable.
