The pool

The elevators werent working, had to carry bags accross the hall for the elevator access. The major issue was lack of drinking water

The staff was amazing: nice, helpful all the time. The hotel was next to the beach, and you had access to chairs and an umbrella with the resort fee.

The room smelled a bit weird, maybe because of the air conditioning.
