The location was lovely and very close to Orillia. The room eas spacious and well equipped. Bottled water would be nice. .

The room is not clean. There are cobwebs hanging in front of heat vents We were unable to access our room with our key when we left for town no apology given. The towels are old and the decor is tired. There was no blanket on the bed and we could not find one. We were cold. The walk was not shovelled nor were our stairs. We were told to remove our garbage. Never had that experience in any air bnb or any place we have stayed. We were given no orientation to the facility. No one told us where the pool was or what we did or did not have access to in terms of facilities. No one offered any orientation to the area or even said call if you need anything. The wall by the window outside bedroom had something running that looked like it had been thrown on it and never cleaned. Not enough toiletries for two people for two nights. Very disappointing after driving 3 hours to get here

We were upgraded to the suite as it was our honeymoon. The room was amazing, with jacuzzi, and the whole resort is just beautiful.

The weather that week, but it was November so it's expected.

Bed was super uncomfortable

Clean rooms, comfy bed and pillows. Very spacious. Our furnance was not working properly though, and the room was extremely hot. Otherwise a very pleasant stay for great value. Great proximity to Vetta as well.
