HOTEL DEL SOL - Pensacola

The location was great it's was just the hotel room was dirty and nasty

The rooms there where roaches in the refrigerator

There were cigarette stains in all the sheets available, roaches in all the rooms, graffiti on the walls.

Nothing.

The staff

My automobile was broken into

Loaded with bugs tub had a hole in it covered upby a tub mat almost went through it

Nothing

Nothing!

Drug dealers, prostitutes, drugs, everything was broken and covered in human waste. The floors were dangerous and cut my infant's foot, toilet did not flush, tub was dirty, no towels or anything accommodating. TV was broken, ceiling was broken, doors were broken, missing light bulbs and fresh cigerette ashes and burn marks on sheets.

Nothing!!!

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in there was blood all in the bathtub and bathroom floor the bedding was filthy the floors has Glass and garbage on it I tried to change rooms they refused and then the next morning told me I was in the wrong room like how is that possible!!! When you have me the key to this room told me I didn't pay the pet deposit and then told me I needed to pay it or they was calling the cops I told him to call the cops then they will review the video Surveillance.then he said he will talk to the lady that checked me in he doesn't need to check the camera when she's honest if that's so why was it not documented that I paid the pet deposit?!?!?! Would not recommend to my worst enemy!!

The property needs to be remodeled more up to date

The price was what got me there but then I noticed that's the worst thing to look at when it comes to a hotel of any kind, CAUSE YOU LITERALLY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR GUYS!

The manager and the owners are so backwards it's crazy ! Needs better management PERIOD!!!!
