Mention spéciale pour le personnel de la réception et les chauffeurs de la navette, très attentionné et à l'écoute. Nous avons reçu de très bons conseils, avons été très bien accueillis. Vue superbe, très bon restaurant, chambres de qualité, navette gratuite toujours à l'heure et réservée via une conversation WhatsApp suivie par une équipe très réactive.

Les 20 minutes séparant l'hôtel de la ville peuvent être parfois dommageables et vous obligent à respecter un timing ainsi qu'une organisation pour vos différentes activités. Cependant, grâce aux navettes, conseils d'une équipe très à l'écoute et les points forts de l'hôtel, cela ne pourra par gâcher votre séjour. Le salon-bar dans lequel nous pouvons prendre un verre le soir mériterait peut-être l'ajout de quelques éléments chaleureux (tapis, espace plus cosy,...) et un peu plus de chauffage.

Absolutely magnificent views accoss the bay to Naples. Lovely relaxing areas in the hotel to enjoy the view and the fabulous infinity pool. You do have to catch the free shuttle down and back to Sorrento Central which takes about 15 - 20 minutes. The schedule is good but it could do with a few more time slots in the afternoom and evening. The rooms are adequate, clean and comfortable.

My wife and I have just returned from the most amazing week staying at the Grand Hotel Due Golfi. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Firstly all staff were really friendly,especially the reception team who always greeted us with a pleasant smile and couldn’t do enough for us to ensure our stay in Italy was a memorable one. The views from our room overlooking the Bay of Naples was quite stunning as was the similar view from the hotels infinity pool and outside bar area. The cocktails served at the bar were fabulous so we were sure to visit each night before heading to bed. Our room #204 was lovely and were glad that we paid the additional premium for the sea view, which as previously mentioned was stunning from our balcony. The hotel is situated outside of the bustling town of Sorrento up in the hills but it was never a problem getting to and fro as they have a well organised shuttle bus service that runs there throughout the day and night. To summarize a fabulous stay in a beautiful hotel with very attentive and friendly staff. Can’t wait to return.

Hotel had the wow factor, spotless, clean, views were incredible. Friendly staff and we ate some of the best food in the hotel from the entire trip. Recommend the tasting menus but don’t fill up on bread as I did as they are very generous portion sizes. One rude waiter one night who got our drink order wrong but sighed and no apologies but everyone else was friendly.

Nothing I didn’t like but we didn’t factor in the addition time of travelling up and down the mountain (our mistake) so some starts were earlier that’s planned allowing for extra travel time. Plenty of buses and hotel shuttles on offer thou.
