cute pool area and good location. Property should invest in more comfortable mattresses and much better towels if they are going to continue the policy of not regularly switching them out for guests. Recommend adding a broom and dustpan to rooms as well.

Clean and great location, unfortunately the people staying above us were very loud and we could hear all their movements, walking around, dropping things, until 3am, then at 7am. Otherwise a nice property.

The stairway to the second floor was broken (the rail) and it was unsafe and made it difficult to walk upstairs. The villa was very hot; the AC was off and took a while to cool down. Otherwise, the villa was excellent and we enjoyed it!

Check-in was super easy. The room was nice and clean and in walking distance of the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. Loved our stay and will definitely come back.

This place is a total ripoff. I'm in the process of reporting them. I told the owner Dave that I would need a credit card authorization form for this stay since I was not the payee. He told me that he would just charge the card on file although he had previously told me that the credit card on file would have to match the guest. I repeatedly told him that the credit card on file did not belong to me, and I would need authorization before the card could be used. On the website it explicitly states credit cards would have to be authorized by the payee if they aren't guest. I honestly believe that Dave would have not had a room prepared for me because I was not the payee, and I would have been left scrambling looking for a hotel room. What's sad is this hotel was recommended to us by conference organizers because they had overbooked the conference, and we had to find other places to stay. Additionally, the conference was canceled due to Hurricane Ian, and I explained to Dave that I didn't need the room. He didn't care about my concerns about traveling to Florida, although a state of emergency had been declared. He stated that the airport was open and everything else around him was open. I was absolutely not about to come to Florida so close after a natural disaster devastated the state and after he refused to authorize the credit card on file. People, do not trust this man with your credit card information. This place is sketchy to say the least.

Great location - easy walk to beach and restaurants. Unit was very clean, well-furnished, and comfortable.

One block from the beach, clean and quiet property! Its exactly what we wanted.
