Hotel Florencio

A lovely hostel situated near the beach and the strip. Very convenient. And also very safe. Lovely pool area and close to shops. Staff are all very helpful and friendly and was a truly lovely experience. Now to go to sleep after just getting back home!

It is a very good self contained hotel. It has a restuarant, pool with bar. The staff are very helpful if you need assistance. The rooms have are clean with a good selection of television channels. You get complimentary soaps should you forget toiletries.

This is a great value hotel. You get way more for your money here than anywhere else in San Antony,arguably in Ibiza as well. Nothing is briliant but everything is without flaws and altogether worthy of even much higher ranked hotels. Swimming pool was great,even spectacular for the hotel of this range. Breakfast lacks a bit in variety but for the pricmd you cannot fault it. Hotel staff were always nice and at service. Information about transfers, tickets for the clubs are updated daily and always available at the reception.Prices of snacks and food at the pool bar are very decent. I am extremely pleased with how much I got for my money in this hotel that I have decided to target this hotel on each of my next visits to Ibiza,if prices remain the same.

well, you get what you pay for. it was not bad but don't go there with kids, loads of noise 24/7

The room would have been great if it wasn't for the ants, now I understand that Ibiza has an Ant problem; but we told reception about the issue and they said "you are the first people to ever complain about this". After 5 days of complaining, having ants in the shower, on our skin and hair we are then told we can change our room (on the last night)- and the manager will speak to us on the last day. We complain to the manager/owner who says "email me- and I'll get back to you in 2 weeks"..... Appalling, unhygienic and disappointing. Don't waste your time here

A nice room in a Hostal. The room was quite clean. Easy and convenient to get to places.

Very friendly staff, they had many rooms left so let us decide and view couple rooms ourselves. Swimming pool is alright does the job. We stayed 14 nights at the hostel which I wouldn't recommend. I think 1 week max. is enough- the restaurant doesn't have a lot to offer so we ate the same meals all over again. Now to the rooms- beds are ok, tv is very small-an old hd tv but does the job. Unfortunately we had bed bugs in our room which was a nightmare until the staff gave us the option to change the room. I'm sure previous visitors brought them with them but still aweful experience. Overall if you want to stay there for a couple days or a week for little money it's a good place but that's about it. The best of that place was the friendly staff.

Don't be put off by the pictures on the net, they really dosnt do this hotel justice. The staff are very nice and helpful, the rooms are more than adicut, the bath room was huge with room for both my adult daughters and i to do our hair and make up at the same time,both bed room and bath room were well lit with an abundance of sockets we have found even in better star hotel's this is rearly the case. The pool is gourgas and spotlasley clean and a wounderfull sun trap of a sunbathing area. A stones through away from all the hustle and bursal of the resort but surprisingly quiet on a night, we all slept well. I would most defanatly recommend and will returned to this hotel againe.
