Lifeguard who thinks he’s the most powerful man in Portugal ruins the pool experience. Fair enough if theres rules in place to stop balls/floats etc and he enforces them but keeping balls he’s confiscated as trophies is a representation of his condescending demeanour to guests of the hotel. Not only does he speak to all guest in an aggressive manner with full intent to intimidate but looks for a reason to show the power he feels. I would hate to think I was bringing childen or my wife here. Apartments are nice but all the work done by the hotel and staff is tarnished through the poor conduct of the life guard.

Location.

Room was not as advertised. Very dark and dingy. No full length mirror. Extremely noisy. Weird room layouts. Pool bar took forever to get a drink and there’s not enough loungers.

The apartments are ideal, location is perfect walking distance to a beautiful beach, close to restaurants and shops. Shout out to reception that checked us in it was really busy and they were great got us into apartments early

One of the apartments in our group booking had issues with the toilet not flushing they fixed it but it was an issue that happened more than once

The accommodation was amaaaaazing!!!!!!!! It was all so clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. An extra thank you for providing an oven and washing machine it was a real bonus!!
