Mayor's Apartments

Wyposażenie zgodne z opisem, czysto, duża wygodna łazienka, funkcjonalny aneks kuchenny. Pomocna okazała się winda. Obiekt w klimatycznej okolicy. Wejście na kod pozwalało na swobodny powrót osobno.

Very bad communication with hosts. One morning there was no water in the apartment and we had been texting them and calling them since 6.15AM and we got absolutely no response until 8.40AM. Unfortunately we had Duoro valley tour picking us up at 8.30 AM. We had rented total 2 rooms and had little kids. We absolutely did not know what was going on because hosts were very very unresponsive. We had to request the tour folks to take us to a coffee shop because we couldn't use restrooms and other things. Such irresponsive and horrible hosts who had no responsibility to respond quickly during an emergency. When they finally answered we first got a response saying that their shift would not start until 9AM and their apartments is not a hotel and they dont have 24hour service. When a host cannot help you during an emergency I would never stay at such a place even if its free. Worst experience ever. We later got to know from the tour guide who picked us up that water issue was from the city. Hosts were so bad that they were not available to help out with the issue and any work arounds. Would never recommend such apartments to anyone.

the apartment was tastefully furnished. we did not use the kitchen, but it was well stocked. clean. great location.

the only issue I had was how slippery the shower floor was when wet.. everything else, excellent!

El alojamiento es tal cual las fotos. Camas muy cómodas, muy bien equipado. Ningún ruido y muy céntrico. Nos gustó mucho. El sistema autónomo de entrada y salida es genial y al lado justo hay un parking, el de Justicia. Bastante caro eso sí. 3 días sobre 100€.

Nos hospedamos en el tercer piso. En el apartamento verde. El caso es que la calor es por bomba de aire y las dos máquinas están elevadas por lo que al haber techos tan altos se nota exagerado la temperatura de la zona zd descanso y la de la zona de estar, teniendo frío por momentos en la zona baja que era imposible de calentar. También había cierto problema de olor a cañería teniendo que tapar el fregadero para evitarlo. En cualquier caso la estancia fue muy buena y lo que destacamos como “incidencias” tienen fácil solución. Volveremos
