The location and the cleanliness was so great! Plenty of room and everything in the description of the room was exactly how the property was! Will be staying here again!

Nothing! Everything was great!!! The only thing is I needed more towels and had a hard time getting in contact with anyone but other than that it was all great!!

very kid friendly resort we loved it.

the fact that the parking garage was so far away. when the family was dropped off at the hotel the driver had to walk back alone and I just didn't like that part.

Bands were not there for the pool and the door code would not reset to a four digit code. Also only had one door keycard

Sufficient economy level stay. View was nice. Nice walking distance to the beach and a few convenience stores. Property management made it easy to extend our stay for one more night. There was ground coffee and filters which was great!

Pretty shabby and needs updates. Beds are full size so small be advised .No dishwasher but not really too big a deal. Not enough soap so glad I brought some. No hand towels but lots of wash cloths and regular towels. Security was a little off putting about ordering door dash for food. Trying to pack up and load the car security wrote us a citation for being in the 15 minute slot. That was a bit drastic.

Decent

The pools were dirty, a debone pad was in the indoor pools for days before my daughter got it out because no one cleaned the pools it seemed - the room was really dirty… tables needed wiped down and not just normal wipe down but stuff was on them and they seemed like they just ignored them completely- paying a cleaning fee seems ridiculous when you have to buy cleaner and paper towels and clean for your self upon arrival… No dishwasher even though dishwasher is advertised. The pool should be accessible 24/7 since it was off season and no one was being disturbed .

We loved the location to the beach! We loved the little Lido Deck Bar! Swimming pools were very nice!

We didn't have a key fob to get into most of the other doors, esp since we were right near an elevator! Security was very quick to tell you what you were doing wrong and NOT so quick to help out people during the storms that came up.

It was easy access to beach.
