Приветливый персонал, номер уютный, чистый, удобное местоположение

Мини бар был отключен, напитки были теплым, поэтому не стали ничего оттуда брать. Шампуня и геля было очень мало, а бальзам вообще не было. Дополнительные функции унитаза не работали. Соседи сильно шумели, поспать спокойно не получилось.

Well located, Walking distance to the main areas of the city. Parking at front for our car. Quirky decor, small and personal. English speaking staff

plain breakfast, served cold with limited choice - however this is typical for Mongolia Noisy location on an intersection (understandable) with a great view of the street but dirty windows

Не было уборки номера за неделю ни разу. Номер немного нуждается в ремонте

Es un hotel con aspiraciones de Hotel-Boutique, todas sus habitaciones están "tematizadas". La primera noche nos encantó la habitación pero en la segunda noche nos dieron una del último piso y tenía una claraboya terriblemente luminosa, a las 6 A.M. entraba mucha luz. El Desayuno es muy correcto, aunque el personal no le da la vida para reponer todo lo que falta.

Aparcar puede ser un problema, hay 5 o 6 sitios delante del hotel, pero muchas veces están llenos y hay que buscar sitios por la calle. NO NOS GUSTÓ EL CAMBIO DE PRECIO QUE NOS APLICARON AL PEDIR UNA SEGUNA NOCHE. Y eso que el personal que nos atendió habla un inglés muy correcto

Excellent location and service. The room was small and didn’t have space to open our luggages. It’s 12 mins walk to Gandantegchinlen Monastery. Hotel staff got us a taxi to the Winter Palace of Bogd Khan, Last Emperor of Mongolia. We had a nice time. Thank you.

チェックインやチェックアウトの時間が記載通りになっておらず、チェックインの際は清掃員がサボっていたせいで少し待たされるチェックアウトは12時までと確認した後に11時に電話がかかってきて急かされるなど変なところは随所に見られた点 朝食がショボい点

The location was good. Rooms were clean breakfast was just ok

We were on the 6th floor. Although it was cold outside our room was airless and styfully hot. The room arrangement was so small that it was almost impossible for 2 people to get around.we booked a twin room but it was basically a double bed with 2 mattresses about 20 cm apart. Check out was a nightmare. The staff were rude and forced us to pay 30,000 mnt because a towell was dirty..and another man checking out at the same time had the same issue. A TOTALscam . I've travelled all over the world and never heard of such a ridiculous demand. It really put me off ever staying there ever again.

Breakfast is good, restaurant is good, rooms are super cute, quiet, loved it
