"Was what I expected for the price would not stay again because of the area and other guests."

I loved that it was right on the beach. The location is perfect in perception of beachfront. It was walking distance to several ice cream shops and a Walmart, which was great for our family. The room was clean, dated, but clean. I think the property overall could use a facelift but for the rate it was not bad. We stayed end of July for just over 500 dollars.

The area is not great. Homeless community is very present which I did not love having 4 small kids. A man was approaching little boys in the pool area one day and being a creep. There is hardly any staff present and no regulations. Not the hotels' fault, but this beach had very strict rules in regard to beach equipment which we didn't love. For ex. No tents allowed on the beach. Again with 4 kids it is hard for umbrellas to offer enough shade.

Bed was comfy, staff was nice even when dealing with rude customers that butted in while they were waiting on me. Its right on the beach.

"Kids had fun."

The pool.

The room we stayed in was nothing like the booking.com pictures. It was not 3444 sq feet. More like 344 square feet. Mold in the shower. 3 FULL size beds not queen. And the door was hard to get into. Also the bath tub leaked. Ice machine was broke. Elevator needs to be upgrade. Parking isn’t an option unless you want to park across the street. And it took an hour just to check in and out. We made the best of it. But will NEVER stay at the oceanfront Viking motel. And no microwave. The stove wouldn’t even work. It needed upgrade.

"I didn’t like that I paid as much as I did for the week and my room leaked from the roof in two different places and not"

Loved the view from the balcony and it’s in a great location.

The only complaints is my roof leaked in two different places and was told that they couldn’t do anything cuz it happens on balcony rooms and then the parking was crucial, even the lot across the street.
